Took a walk down the end of the street Mark lives on to see the view of the mountains and ice field. Went for a drive to Coombs today, what a nice place, big market and lots of art shops etc.  Spent a few hours there enjoying smoked salmon, candied salmon, fudge and all the beautiful art and  things to buy.  There is a wood carving place which had some really unique and awesome carved wood art.  We then took the scenic 19A coastal drive back to Courtenay.  We stopped at a place and bought Fanny Bay oysters to add to supper.  It is a beautiful drive and we found some houses for sale, and dreamt about buying along the coast (wonderful DREAM).    Mark and Carol are great tour guides.  When we got back Mark and Hank decided to install the new microwave that Mark and Carol bought the day before.  It goes above the stove.  Should have video taped this, the entertainment value was hillarious.  Carol and I played yahtzee when we weren't laughing at the other two.  They did get it installed finally after lots of decision making (pretty funny) and 2 trips to home depot.  Mark cooked a salmon for supper that he had caught and we had the oysters, great supper, Treasure and friends were there too.  Again lots of laughs, great time with everyone.   But, another night past our bed time!!!
